Orders and quotations

Online prices apply only to clearly defined catalog items. Customized engineering, project management, software, training, repair, sourcing and B2B work may require a written quotation and scope confirmation before work begins.

Digital products

Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for the usage stated in the product description. Unless expressly stated otherwise, copyright and redistribution rights are not transferred.

Services

Delivery dates, assumptions, exclusions, inputs required from the customer and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in the applicable order, quotation or statement of work.

Physical products

Availability, shipping, import requirements, warranty and final price are subject to supplier and destination confirmation where the item is not held directly in stock.

Subscriptions

Recurring products renew according to the billing interval displayed at checkout until cancelled under the applicable subscription terms.
